Jelianah Lumacad Umpad, a 13-year-old resident of Purok Ilang-Ilang, San Roque, City of Talisay, Cebu, has been reported missing. The young girl, a Grade 6 student at Laray Elementary School, was last seen on the evening of August 8, 2024, outside of San Roque Elementary School around 7 PM. She was in the company of her friend, Charity Mae D. Layaguin.
