15-Year-Old Esther Chanda Mucheka Found Alive After Going Missing in Lusaka’s Chaisa Compound

Lusaka, Zambia – In a dramatic turn of events, 15-year-old Esther Chanda Mucheka, who went missing from Lusaka’s Chaisa Compound on Saturday, has been found alive. The young girl was discovered this morning in Emmasdale near Blessing Center by a good Samaritan.

Esther’s disappearance had caused great concern among her family and the local community. According to reports, Esther has stated that she was dragged by an unknown individual to an area 22 miles away. However, she cannot clearly recall how she ended up in Emmasdale.

Esther’s aunt has shared that the girl appears visibly sick and unwell. Following her rescue, she was immediately rushed to the hospital for medical attention.

The news of Esther’s safe return has sparked an outpouring of relief and gratitude on social media. Many people have taken to Facebook to express their thanks and prayers for her recovery.

Dizodecee Zambia commented, “Praise be to God she’s alive. We pray for quick recovery.”

I Am Keith added, “Zambia is unsafe. Let’s work in stiffening the law.”

Charitie Mulasikwanda expressed, “We thank God she has been found alive.”

Kaumba Mwata Sam Kay shared, “Thank God she’s arrived. Otherwise, wishing her a rapid recovery.”

Many others, including Amon Nyirongo, Comfort Mulimba, Purity W Sinkala, and Charity Divine, also thanked God for Esther’s safety.

As Esther receives medical care, the community is urged to take precautions, especially regarding the safety of children moving at night. The incident has highlighted the need for increased security measures in the area to protect vulnerable individuals.
