Asheville, North Carolina – The search is intensifying for 15-year-old Kevaya Amiah Porter, who was reported missing from her Asheville home on July 26, 2024. Authorities and the community are deeply concerned for her safety as nearly a month has passed since her disappearance.
Kevaya, a Black/African American female, stands 5’4" tall and weighs approximately 120 pounds. She has brown hair, typically worn in a ponytail, and hazel eyes. Kevaya was last seen in her bedroom, but when checked at around 5:45 AM, she was discovered missing.
The case was officially opened on August 16, 2024, and since then, efforts have been ongoing to locate her. Kevaya’s disappearance has left her family and the Asheville community in distress, with no significant leads on her current whereabouts.
