17-Year-Old G’Rico Hutcherson Fatally Shot in Northeast Oklahoma City; Two Suspects Arrested

Oklahoma City, Oklahoma – In a tragic incident on Tuesday afternoon, 17-year-old G’Rico Hutcherson was identified as the victim of a fatal shooting in northeast Oklahoma City. The shooting occurred at approximately 1:45 p.m. in the 1200 block of NE 23rd St., where Hutcherson was found in a parking lot with multiple gunshot wounds.

Authorities responded to the scene and discovered that another teenager had also been injured in the shooting. The injured teen was promptly hospitalized and is expected to recover.

The investigation into the shooting has led to the arrest of two individuals. Lundon Mitchell, 33, has been taken into custody and booked into the Oklahoma County Detention Center. A 15-year-old suspect has also been detained and placed in a juvenile detention center. Both suspects are facing murder charges related to the incident.
