Bangor, Maine – Alex Pelletier, a 26-year-old former military member and recent graduate of Husson University in psychology, has been reported missing in Bangor, Maine. He was last seen at his apartment on 452 Ohio St. on Sunday night, around 9 p.m., reportedly playing games on his computer. His wallet, phone, and car were found at his apartment, raising concerns about his sudden disappearance.

DEEMI Search and Rescue has been actively involved in the search efforts, deploying various teams, including HMMWV, UAV, and command and medical teams, to locate Pelletier. Despite these efforts, all teams have now stood down, as reported by Richard Bowie.

Community members have taken to social media to share their concerns and offer prayers for Alex’s safe return. Melissa Sellers questioned, “Any known medical issues or health problems where he might had walked down by the river at all?” Another comment from Ashley Johnston-Hurd asked, “Does he have longer hair? Like to his ears?” demonstrating the community’s involvement in trying to gather information that might aid the search.

Kara Mjskarebear shared the missing person’s details in her group, MissingAndUnsolvedInMaine, expressing hope by saying, “Praying he is found safe soon.” Another post by Reneé Pelletier corrected the spelling of Alex’s last name, ensuring accurate information is being circulated.

As of now, the search for Alex Pelletier continues, with the community and search teams hoping for a positive outcome. His disappearance has left family, friends, and the Bangor community deeply concerned.
