Belfast Police Urgently Seek Public’s Help in Locating Missing Woman Sofi Johansson, Last Seen on Donnybrook Street

Belfast, Northern Ireland – The Police in Belfast City Centre have issued an urgent appeal for information regarding the whereabouts of 56-year-old Sofi Johansson, who was reported missing on August 9, 2024. Sofi was last seen in the South Belfast area on Donnybrook Street, and concerns for her safety are growing as her location remains unknown.

Described as around 5’5” tall with a slim build and long light blonde hair, Sofi’s disappearance has prompted widespread concern in the local community and on social media. Police are asking anyone with information to contact them immediately, quoting serial 1348 of 09/08/24.

Social media has seen an outpouring of support and concern for Sofi. Margaret Simmons shared a post expressing her worry, while Bev Harrison, along with others, has been actively spreading the word through various Facebook groups like "Phoenix: Bringing People Home" and "Angels Missing People UK."

The community is urged to stay vigilant and assist in the search efforts by reporting any sightings or information to the police. The Belfast Police continue to investigate, hoping to bring Sofi home safely.
