Bexar County Authorities and Community Urgently Search for Missing 15-Year-Old Mark Angel Ramos

Bexar County, Texas – The Bexar County Sheriff’s Office has issued an urgent missing person alert for 15-year-old Mark Angel Ramos, who was last seen on Friday, August 23, 2024, at William Taft High School. Mark did not board the school bus home, and his family reported him missing when he failed to arrive home. The community is deeply concerned, especially due to Mark’s medical condition, which requires regular medication.

Mark Angel Ramos is described as 5’08" tall, weighing 200 pounds, with brown eyes and brown hair. At the time of his disappearance, he was wearing a gray sweater, gray and black camo shorts, a black and blue backpack, a shark tooth necklace, and blue-framed glasses.

Authorities are asking anyone with information on Mark’s whereabouts to contact the Bexar County Sheriff’s Office at (210) 335-6000 or email the BCSO Missing Persons Unit at missingpersons@bexar.org.

The community has taken to social media, sharing heartfelt prayers and hope for Mark’s safe return. Tina Guzman-Pena expressed, "Prayers for a safe return," while Patricia Hunter Jowers added, "Prayers for Mark and his family." Other community members echoed similar sentiments, with Ruffino Padilla stating, "Praying for your safety in Jesus’ name," and Sharon Clark Schirmer saying, "Praying for a safe return home."

The Bexar County Sheriff’s Office continues to search for Mark Angel Ramos, and the community remains hopeful that he will be found safe and reunited with his family soon.
