Brazil, Indiana – The community is in mourning after the sudden and unexpected passing of Michael Lee "Juggalo Mike" Kiger, who died at his home on August 11, 2024, at the age of 49. Born on June 3, 1975, in Danville, Indiana, Michael was the beloved son of Danny J. and Judy K. (Smith) Kiger.
Michael graduated from Owen Valley High School in 1995 and most recently worked at Morris Manufacturing in Brazil. He was known for his deep love for his family, his passion for food, and his enthusiasm for the Insane Clown Posse (ICP), the Denver Broncos, and Jimmy Johnson. Those who knew Michael remember him as a source of joy and energy, always bringing happiness to those around him.
Michael is survived by his father, Danny Kiger, and his wife, Betsy; his sister, Wendy Clark, and her husband, Tony Clark; as well as his niece, Ayrton Kiger, and nephew, Celest Clark. He also leaves behind many friends and family members who will deeply mourn his loss.
The French Funeral Home in Brazil is handling the cremation services, and Michael’s memory will be cherished by everyone who knew and loved him.
On social media, many have expressed their grief and condolences. Amanda Langley shared on Facebook, "One of the most kindhearted people that I have ever met. He always greeted me with a smile and a friendly hello. Was blessed to have known him." Lori Lawson also expressed her support, writing, "Prayers for his family."
