Brian Lewis Dies in Tragic Car Crash in Drumore Township, Pennsylvania

Drumore Township, Pennsylvania – Brian Lewis, 52, a resident of the 1600 block of Slate Hill Road in Drumore Township, has tragically died following a severe car crash on Thursday, August 15. The accident occurred on the 1300 block of Slate Hill Road, near the intersection with Tanning Yard Hollow Road.

The Lancaster County Coroner’s office confirmed that Lewis was pronounced dead at the scene of the accident. First responders arrived at the scene shortly after the crash was reported at 5:19 a.m., only to find the vehicle fully engulfed in flames with Lewis trapped inside.

Preliminary investigations by the Lancaster Patrol Unit indicate that Lewis veered off the road and crashed into a tree. The impact led to severe injuries and thermal burns, ultimately claiming his life.

An autopsy is scheduled to determine the official cause and manner of death, as the investigation into the tragic incident continues. The community mourns the loss of Brian Lewis as authorities work to uncover the full circumstances surrounding the crash.
