According to Sheriff Richard K. Jones, Mr. Schwarz was last seen around 8:30 p.m. at the Liberty Center on Blake Street. He is described as being 5’9” tall, weighing 190 pounds, with gray hair and blue eyes. At the time of his disappearance, he was wearing a gray "CSI" t-shirt and dark-colored jeans.
