Calgary Community in Desperate Search for Missing Father of Six, Ryan Marlon Nicotine, Disappeared from North Battleford

Calgary, AB – The family of Ryan Marlon Nicotine, a 39-year-old father of six, is pleading for his safe return after he disappeared from North Battleford, Saskatchewan, on July 5, 2024. Ryan, also known as Ryan Beauchene and affectionately called "BooBoo" by his loved ones, was last seen over a month ago, leaving his family and community deeply concerned.

Ryan, who is 5’9" with a slim build, brown eyes, and brown hair, has a distinctive tattoo of a rocket ship at the base of his thumb on his left hand. His sudden disappearance has left his family in turmoil, particularly his six young children and one granddaughter, who depend on him as their sole caregiver.

Vanessa Benson, Ryan’s sister, has been leading the efforts to locate him. She expressed the family’s anguish in a heartfelt social media post, highlighting the impact of Ryan’s absence on their parents and his children. "My parents are beyond worried and need their son home!!! His children miss their dad, they need him back," Vanessa wrote.

To aid in the search, the family is offering a $3,000 reward for any tips that lead to Ryan’s safe return. Vanessa has vowed not to give up until her brother is found, promising their parents that she will bring him home.

The community has rallied around the family, sharing the missing person’s information widely in hopes of finding Ryan. "We love you, brother, please come home!!!" Vanessa’s emotional plea reflects the desperation and love fueling the ongoing search.

Anyone with information is urged to come forward, as the family and community continue to hold out hope for Ryan’s safe return.
