Slomkowski, a 67-year-old resident of Carbondale who has been missing since the evening of August 13, 2024. Richard was last seen around 7:00 p.m. near the intersection of West Main Street and New Era Road in Carbondale.

Richard Slomkowski is described as being 5’05” tall, weighing approximately 125 pounds, with blue eyes and gray hair. He was last spotted wearing a navy blue shirt, black pants, and black and white shoes. According to authorities, Richard has a condition that places him at risk, heightening the urgency of the search.
