Nashville, TN – Charmaine Goodloe, a 34-year-old woman, was tragically shot and killed outside her apartment at the Overlook Ridge Apartments on Buena Vista Pike. The incident occurred just after midnight on Tuesday morning, prompting a swift response from the Metro Nashville Police Department (MNPD).
Charmaine was sitting outside her apartment when gunfire erupted, striking her multiple times in the legs. Despite officers’ efforts to render aid, she was pronounced dead after being transported to Vanderbilt University Medical Center.
The investigation at the scene revealed a staggering 58 shell casings around two vehicles involved in the shooting. Authorities are still trying to determine if this was a targeted attack.
