Ed was well-known for his dedication and passion as a staff member at Gallifrey One, where he was particularly involved in organizing the Kaffeeklatsches, a favorite gathering among fans.

Ed’s commitment to his role at Gallifrey One went beyond mere duties; he brought warmth, enthusiasm, and a genuine love for the community. His efforts ensured that these intimate gatherings were not only well-organized but also welcoming and enjoyable for all attendees. Ed’s warm smile and caring nature made him a beloved figure in the community, and his absence will be deeply felt.

Beyond his contributions to Gallifrey One, Ed was a devoted husband to Jennifer Comstock and a loving family member. His kindness and willingness to help others were well-known traits that endeared him to many. Those who knew Ed describe him as someone who could make others feel valued and appreciated, leaving behind a legacy that will be hard to replace.

The news of Ed’s passing has prompted an outpouring of grief and heartfelt messages from those who knew him. Baz Collins expressed, "Very sad hear of the passing of Ed Comstock. My thoughts go to Jennifer Comstock, Brittany Lynne Lewandowski, and the rest of his family. I am privileged to know him and have some cherished memories at Gally and other places with him.
