Cleveland, Ohio – Cleveland Police are urgently searching for 13-year-old Michelle Otero, who was last seen in the early hours of Saturday, August 24, 2024. Otero was spotted around 12:30 a.m. on the 3600 block of West 47th Place.
Michelle Otero is described as being 5 feet 4 inches tall, weighing approximately 140 pounds. She was last seen wearing a blue shirt featuring a sun and moon design and black tennis shoes. Otero resides on the 14300 block of Coit Road, but authorities believe she may be somewhere on the west side of Cleveland.
The Cleveland Police Department is requesting the public’s assistance in locating Michelle. Anyone with information about her whereabouts is urged to contact Detective Cox at (216) 327-7188 or the Cleveland Police non-emergency number at (216) 621-1234.
As the search continues, the community remains hopeful for Michelle’s safe return. Jessica Irizarry, a concerned individual, shared on social media, "This is very sad, but parents should be more responsible. Hope in God they can find this little girl pretty soon. God covers her with the blood of Jesus Christ, amen."
