Colorado Springs Resident Adrian Garcia Remembered in Memorial Fundraiser Organized by Dylan Currier

Colorado Springs, CO – The community is mourning the loss of Adrian Garcia, a beloved resident known for his kindness and generosity. A GoFundMe campaign has been launched by his close friend, Dylan Currier, to support Garcia’s memorial service and help his daughter, Kya, during this difficult time.

Adrian Garcia was described by Currier as the most amazing and kind-hearted person, always willing to help others, even to the point of giving someone the shirt off his back. Garcia, a father and son, was deeply loved by those who knew him, and his passing has left a void in the lives of many.

Currier shared that all proceeds from the fundraiser would go towards Garcia’s funeral and memorial expenses, with any remaining funds being allocated to Kya’s college tuition. The fundraiser, which aims to raise $5,000, has already seen its first donation of $500 from Currier.

In memory of Garcia, a memorial service is planned for Sunday, September 15th, at Palmer Park Lazy Land in Colorado Springs. Reflecting Garcia’s love for the Denver Broncos, attendees are encouraged to wear Broncos gear. Currier has also arranged for the Broncos game that day to be shown during the service, as a tribute to Garcia’s passion for the team.

Currier reminisced about his long friendship with Garcia, sharing stories of their adventures and the profound impact Garcia had on his life. From watching CSI Miami together during Alicia’s pregnancy with Kya to attending football games, Garcia’s kindness and influence were evident in every aspect of their friendship.

Garcia’s beloved dog, Sancha, is being well cared for by a nearby family, providing some comfort to those who were concerned about her welfare.

As the community comes together to honor Adrian Garcia, Currier asks for space and time for the family to grieve. He expressed deep love and admiration for Garcia, promising to keep his memory alive through continued support for Kya and sharing stories of the man who touched so many lives.
