Community and Police Urgently Seek Public Assistance in Locating Missing Saskatoon Resident Cassandra Dillon

Saskatoon, Saskatchewan – The Saskatoon Police Service is urgently requesting the public’s assistance in locating 27-year-old Cassandra Dillon, who has been missing since August 12, 2024. Family members last saw Cassandra in the 200 block of Avenue I South, and both her family and the authorities are deeply concerned for her safety.

Cassandra is described as 5’2", weighing 110 lbs, with short red hair and several tattoos. She was last seen wearing a black sweater, a baseball cap, dark grey sweatpants, and carrying a multi-colored checkered backpack. The police are asking anyone with information on Cassandra’s whereabouts to contact them immediately at 306-975-8300, or dial 911 in an emergency. Anonymous tips can also be submitted to Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.

The community has been active on social media, sharing information and prayers for Cassandra’s safe return. Elizabeth Braun expressed her concern by posting, “Prayers for her safe return home and found safe.” Sharon King also noted, “As of an hour ago, she is still missing.”

Some community members have reported possible sightings. Rebecca Ziegler mentioned, “I bought this gal some water at Circle K on Lorne a few days ago. I believe it was just before the 12th though.” Shelly Mae added, “I believe I saw this girl around 3:30 pm or 4 pm on the 12th at North Battleford Co-op; she had sunglasses on and a white tank top. Seemed to be in a rush.”

Cassandra’s disappearance has deeply affected those who know her, with her former classmate Thorn Epp expressing hope for her safe return, “I went to school with her, she was in my class, I hope she’s found safe.”

The ongoing search for Cassandra Dillon highlights the importance of community vigilance and cooperation with law enforcement in efforts to bring her home safely.
