La Plata, Maryland – The La Plata community is on high alert as the search for Ramone Fowler and his sibling, Romeo Fowler, intensifies. The two juveniles have been missing since the evening of August 14, 2024, and authorities are urging anyone with information to come forward.
The La Plata Police Department has deployed extensive resources, including drone technology, utility vehicles, a bloodhound, and emergency notification alerts, to assist in the search. Despite these efforts, Ramone and Romeo, last seen in the Pinegrove neighborhood wearing black hooded sweatshirts and black pants, remain unlocated.
Community members have taken to social media to express their concern and prayers for the safe return of the brothers. Bonnie Ballengee posted, "Prayers for their safe return home…" while another user, Myriam Nunez, shared her sentiments just an hour ago. The post has generated a wave of comments and shares, reflecting the community’s anxiety and hope for the boys’ safe return.
