Community Expresses Concern as Kansas City Police Search for Missing 23-Year-Old Breyden Hensley

Kansas City, Missouri – The search for Breyden Hensley, a 23-year-old man who has been missing since August 11, 2024, has sparked widespread concern and support from the community. Breyden was last seen near the Walmart at 11601 East 40 Highway around 6 PM on that day. His vehicle was later discovered near the intersection of 33rd Street and SW Trafficway, but there has been no sign of him since.

Breyden, described as 6’2" tall, weighing 115 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes, is known to frequent areas around Independence Avenue and Grandview, Missouri. The Kansas City Missouri Police Department has urged anyone with information about his whereabouts to contact them immediately, as his friends and family are deeply worried about his safety and well-being.

The community has rallied around Breyden’s family during this difficult time, with many taking to social media to share their thoughts and prayers. Misty Hilton shared the case in the "Justice for The Missing and Unsolved in Missouri" group, while others like Susan Brashears and Suzanne Reece posted prayers for his safe return. Shannon Yates expressed concern about the areas where Breyden was last seen, noting, "That Wal-Mart area and Independence Ave are not good places to be at."

As the days pass without any new information, the sense of urgency grows. The Kansas City Police Department continues to investigate and has asked anyone with knowledge of Breyden’s whereabouts to reach out to them or call 911.
