Community in Thornton, Colorado, Rallies to Locate Missing Child David Heather

David Heather, a 12-year-old from Signal Creek, Thornton, Colorado, has been reported missing, prompting a widespread community effort to locate him. David was last seen on Sunday, August 11, 2024, around 10:00 PM near the Taco Bell on 136th Colorado. He was wearing a dark blue Hurley hoodie, navy basketball shorts, white knee-high socks, black Adidas shoes, and carrying a black and gray string backpack.

David’s mother, Paige Heather, has been actively sharing updates and seeking help on Facebook, urging anyone with information to contact the authorities. "Please call 911 if you see my son," Paige posted, along with details of his last known whereabouts and description.

The community has responded with an outpouring of support and concern. Henna Rain commented, "Praying," while Linda Crofutt added, "Prayers." Many others have joined in, including Giuliana Powers, who said, "Paige what?! Omg I live up here imma go look for him!" and Mark Wildrick, who promised, "I will keep a lookout for him."

Despite the community’s efforts, as of the last update, David had not yet been found. Brittany Ann inquired, "David still missing?" to which Paige Heather replied, "Still nothing."

This situation has gripped the local community, with many residents actively participating in the search. Authorities are involved, and the family is urging anyone with information to come forward to ensure David’s safe return.
