Community of Queen Creek, Arizona, Comes Together in Search for Missing 13-Year-Old Madison Yvonne Thompson

Madison Yvonne Thompson, a 13-year-old girl from Queen Creek, Arizona, has been missing since August 13, 2024. Her disappearance has left the community in shock and concern as they rally together to help bring her home safely.

The National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) has issued an alert, urging anyone with information to contact the Queen Creek Police Department at 1-480-358-3500 or the NCMEC’s 24-hour call center at 1-800-843-5678.

Madison was last seen on August 13 in Queen Creek, and since then, there has been a growing movement on social media to spread awareness and pray for her safe return.

Many people have taken to Facebook to share their thoughts and prayers for Madison. Cheryl Miller posted her concern, while Benjamín Morales simply wrote, "Prayers." Marilyn Oak and Gail Bales also expressed their support, along with others like Ellie Locknane and Lydia Cardenas, who are sharing the news in hopes of bringing Madison back to her family.

One of the most heartfelt messages came from Donald-Nancy Bryant, who posted, "PRAYING IN JESUS CHRIST’S HOLY NAME FOR THIS YOUNG WOMAN TO BE FOUND SAFE!" Similarly, Loretta Wartburg shared, "Dear God, please bring Madison home safe to her family in Jesus Christ’s name we pray, Amen."

Some community members have voiced frustration over the lack of widespread alerts. Tracy Price, a new resident of Arizona, questioned why no Amber Alert or similar notifications were issued, saying, "This is in my community yet I only saw it here. No Amber Alert, not on the news. I am new to Arizona, but in Texas Amber, Silver, and Blue Alerts are sent to all cell phones in the area and posted on the road signs. Who do I need to petition or speak to to make that happen?"

As the search for Madison continues, the community remains hopeful and united in their efforts to bring her back safely. The outpouring of support on social media demonstrates the power of collective concern and the importance of spreading awareness in such critical situations.
