Community Urged to Help Locate Missing Teen Gladis Faviola Sarceno-Molina in Silver Spring, Maryland

Gladis Faviola Sarceno-Molina, a 16-year-old from Silver Spring, Maryland, has been missing since Thursday, July 4, 2024. She was last seen at approximately 4:30 a.m. in the 1100 block of University Blvd. W. in Silver Spring. Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police – Special Victims Investigations Division are urgently seeking the public’s help in locating her.

The Montgomery County Police Department has issued a Missing Person Alert, calling on anyone with information about Gladis’s whereabouts to contact them immediately at 301-279-8000. The community is rallying around the effort to find her, with numerous people sharing posts and thoughts on social media, hoping to bring her home safely.

The Voices of the Missing and Unidentified in America, a prominent group focused on finding missing individuals, has also amplified the call for assistance. They posted, "Please share this information widely. Let’s bring Gladis home to her family."
