Simeon Francis was last seen at the Culturama Bar in Jessup’s Village, wearing a red-orange shirt with the word “Sunshine” and orange shorts. According to the police, Mr. Francis is vulnerable due to a mental health condition and may require medical attention, heightening the concern for his well-being.

The police have issued a public appeal, urging anyone with information about Simeon’s whereabouts to contact the nearest police station immediately. The authorities have assured that all shared information will be treated confidentially.
