Cupar, Fife – Authorities and the community are deeply concerned for the welfare of 36-year-old Jeremy Borrelli, who has been missing since Friday, August 9, 2024. Jeremy, who was last seen around 7 a.m. that day, has not been heard from since, prompting an urgent search by Police Scotland.
Jeremy Borrelli, described as 6ft 1 inches tall with a slim build and short black hair, was last seen wearing a black hoodie, black jeans, and black Converse trainers. He was also carrying a skateboard at the time. Police believe he may have recently been in the Kings Cross area of London, a place he has visited before due to his interest in a well-known skatepark. Jeremy also has connections to Edinburgh.
Sergeant Andy Kirk of Police Scotland expressed increasing concern for Jeremy’s safety, emphasizing his vulnerability. "We are growing increasingly concerned for Jeremy. He is a vulnerable individual, and therefore it is important we trace him as soon as possible to ensure he is safe and well. If anyone has any information that could assist in tracing Jeremy, please contact 101, quoting reference number 0962 of 9th August."

Tracy Baxter shared her support from Glenrothes, while David Hutchison expressed his shock, recalling their time together in primary school. "Jeez, I went to primary school with him. Hope he’s found safe," he commented.
Others, like Laura Benedetti, have taken to broader platforms to spread the word. "Hope reunited asap & have put on Twitter & Tik Tok which reaches thousands in seconds," she posted, demonstrating the community’s commitment to bringing Jeremy home.
Michelle Smith echoed the sentiments of many, offering help and support to Jeremy’s mother, Maureen Borrelli. "Maureen Borelli shared, let us know if there is anything we can do. Hope he comes home soon xxxx," she posted, a message of solidarity that has been echoed by many others.
As the search continues, both the police and Jeremy’s community remain hopeful for a positive outcome. The urgency of the situation is clear, and anyone with information is urged to come forward to help ensure Jeremy’s safe return.
