Bellshill, Scotland – The community of Bellshill is on high alert as 15-year-old Daniel Carroll has been reported missing once again. Police Scotland Lanarkshire issued an appeal to the public for help in tracing Daniel, who was last seen on Tuesday, August 13th, 2024, at approximately 5:00 PM. Daniel was spotted leaving an address in Bellshill and is believed to be with a female from the Dalkeith area. He is known to have connections in both Glasgow and Edinburgh.
Daniel is described as 5 feet 8 inches tall, slim, with brown hair, blue eyes, and he wears glasses. At the time of his disappearance, he was wearing grey joggers, a black hoodie, a black t-shirt, and grey Nike trainers.
This isn’t the first time Daniel has gone missing, as several community members pointed out on social media. Kelly Shannon posted, "Was this the same guy that was missing not long ago? Hope he’s found safe and well." Another Facebook user, Anne Hamilton, expressed her concern, saying, "This is the 3rd time in 2 months he’s gone missing, and he’s always with the same girl."
The community’s frustration is evident, with Denise Carroll commenting, "What missing again? Something must be really going on in the family to go missing all the time. It was only a few weeks ago this happened."
Police are urging anyone who may have seen Daniel or has any information regarding his whereabouts to contact Police Scotland via 101, quoting incident number 4292 of 13/08/2024. The repeated nature of Daniel’s disappearances has sparked concern, with many in the community hoping for his safe return and a resolution to whatever underlying issues may be contributing to these incidents.
