Augusta, Georgia – Adan Cruz Binzha, a 28-year-old construction worker originally from Hidalgo, Mexico, tragically lost his life in an accident at the Lakeview Terrace Apartments on Gordon Highway. The accident occurred when Binzha was struck by an excavator bucket while working on the construction site.
Emergency services quickly responded, and Binzha was rushed to Doctors Hospital. Sadly, despite the efforts of medical professionals, he was pronounced dead at 5:56 p.m. on Friday.
Binzha had been living in Augusta for work, and his death has left the local community and his family in deep mourning.
A GoFundMe fundraiser, organized by Abigail Binzha, has been set up to support his family during this difficult time. The funds are intended to help bring Adan’s body back home to his family in Hidalgo, Mexico.
