Des Moines, Iowa – Authorities are asking for the public’s assistance in locating Liliana Munguia, a teenager from Arizona who has been reported missing in the Des Moines metro area. Liliana, who also goes by the names "Lily" or "Lil," was last seen on Thursday in the Clive and Waukee areas after flying from Arizona to Des Moines on Monday to meet a friend.
The Des Moines Police Department, in collaboration with the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children, has launched an extensive search for the missing teenager. According to the organization’s website, Liliana has a distinguishing mole on the left side of her neck.
The community has been urged to stay vigilant and report any information that could lead to Liliana’s whereabouts. If anyone has seen her or knows where she might be, they are asked to call 911 immediately.
Megan, who runs the Facebook page "True Crime with Megan," shared a post urging her followers to help locate Liliana. She wrote, "Missing from Iowa: Des Moines police are asking for the public’s help to find a missing teenager from Arizona who was last seen in the metro area."
The news of Liliana’s disappearance has also spread across social media, with numerous Facebook users sharing posts and comments to raise awareness and support the search efforts.
