Des Plaines, Illinois – The Des Plaines Police Department is urgently seeking the public’s assistance in locating a missing person, Jorge Ramirez, who was last seen on August 19, 2024, in the area of Howard Avenue and Wolf Road in Des Plaines. Ramirez, a 59-year-old Hispanic male, is described as 5’06” tall, weighing 180 lbs, with black hair. At the time of his disappearance, he was wearing a red sweatshirt with a striped green shirt, black sweatpants, and a dark blue Adidas hat.
The police department has requested that anyone with information regarding Jorge Ramirez’s whereabouts contact them immediately at 847-391-5400.
The news of Ramirez’s disappearance has sparked concern in the community, with many people sharing the alert on social media.
