Polk County, Texas – Dustin Marburger, a 44-year-old resident of Polk County, who was reported missing since Thursday, August 8, 2024, has been located safe, according to an update from the Polk County Sheriff’s Office.
Dustin was last seen in the FM 350 North area, wearing a white shirt and Dickie jean shorts. Concern grew over his disappearance, prompting an urgent search by local law enforcement and the community. The Polk County Sheriff’s Office had issued a press release urging anyone with information to come forward.
The Sheriff’s Office, led by Sheriff Byron Lyons, had initially believed Dustin might be in the Livingston area and requested public assistance in locating him. Thankfully, as of Friday, August 16, 2024, at 7:40 p.m., authorities confirmed that Dustin had been found safe.
