Emily, a Denver resident and avid outdoor enthusiast, was last seen early that morning as she embarked on a day hike along the popular Booth Falls Trail, known for its challenging terrain and stunning views.
Emily was reported missing after she failed to return home and did not check in as expected that evening, sparking concern among her friends and family. Authorities have described her as a fit and experienced hiker familiar with the Vail area, which has made her sudden disappearance particularly alarming.
She was last seen wearing a red hiking jacket, black tights, and a blue backpack. Her last known contact was a phone call made from the trailhead of Booth Falls Trail.
