Fairfax Community Urged to Help Locate Missing Neurodivergent Adult Riley Mahan, Last Seen Near Fairfax Hospital

Fairfax, VA – The community is rallying to locate 27-year-old Riley Mahan, who has been missing since Monday, August 12, 2024. Riley, a neurodivergent adult who requires medication, may be experiencing a mental health crisis, heightening concerns for his well-being.

Riley was last seen near Fairfax Hospital, and his girlfriend, Kate Weston, expressed her deep concern in a Facebook post, stating, "I could really use some help if friends and family can share and help keep an eye out for Riley Mahan. He was last seen near Fairfax, VA, and has been missing since. We have been unable to contact him, and he has not been home, which is very abnormal."

Family and friends, including his mother Kathleen Horton Mahan and brother Bryce Mahan, are desperate for any information that could lead to Riley’s safe return. The possibility that he might be in Prince George County has also been raised, urging the broader community to remain vigilant.

Jennifer A. Smith also shared the missing person’s details on social media, emphasizing Riley’s urgent need for medication. Geno Marriott added his voice, asking the Facebook community to reach out immediately if they have seen Riley.
