Family and Community Growing Desperate as Search for 15-Year-Old Telisha Carryl of Best Village, Guyana Continues

Telisha Carryl, a 15-year-old from Best Village, Region 3, has been missing since June 2024, leaving her family and community increasingly desperate for answers. Despite filing reports with the Lenora and Sophia Police Stations and providing a photograph, there have been no updates on her whereabouts to date.

Telisha was last seen at her home in Best Village before she disappeared. The lack of progress in the investigation has only deepened her family’s concern for her safety. The search has now extended to social media, where posts on platforms like Facebook have been circulating to raise awareness and gather any information that might lead to her safe return.

A post from "Missing Persons Guyana" highlighted the ongoing efforts and urged anyone with information to come forward. The post also provided contact numbers for Asantie Raymond, a family member who is spearheading the search efforts, hoping that someone, somewhere, might have seen or heard something that could bring Telisha back home.

The community’s concern is palpable, as friends and neighbors continue to share Telisha’s story, hoping to reach a wider audience. As the weeks stretch on, the hope for her safe return remains strong, but the urgency of the situation grows by the day.

If anyone has information regarding Telisha Carryl’s whereabouts, they are urged to contact Asantie Raymond at 677-7343 or 665-3332 immediately.
