Fort Worth, Texas – Fermin Ramirez, 41, has been identified by the Tarrant County Medical Examiner’s Office as one of the victims in a tragic double shooting that occurred early on August 17. The incident took place in a neighborhood close to the Fort Worth Stockyards.
