Daniel Kakoy, known to many as "Smoove," has passed away, leaving his family and friends in shock and mourning. In response to this tragic loss, his mother, Kaseka Muamba, has launched a fundraising campaign to support his family, particularly focusing on the future welfare of his daughter.

The GoFundMe campaign, titled "Donate in memory of Daniel Kakoy & Family," aims to raise $20,000 to help cover expenses related to his passing and to ensure a secure future for his daughter. As of today, $2,680 CAD has been raised from 30 donations, with contributions still coming in.

Kaseka Muamba expressed her gratitude for the support, stating, "Please donate whatever you may have to support his daughter’s future and the welfare of his family. Thank you."

On Facebook, friends and community members shared their condolences and memories of Daniel. Ben KM wrote, "Rest in peace, Smoove. You will be missed by all of us." The sense of loss is palpable among those who knew him, as the community comes together to support his grieving family.

The campaign continues to gain traction, with recent donations including $100 from Loreine Kyombe and $500 each from Yassir Abdallah and an anonymous donor. These contributions reflect the collective effort to support Daniel’s family during this difficult time.

Kaseka Muamba, who is spearheading the fundraiser, hopes to reach the $20,000 goal to provide the necessary financial stability for Daniel’s family and honor his memory.
