Gallup Community on Edge as 21-Year-Old Randolph James Remains Missing

Gallup, New Mexico – The Gallup Police Department has issued a missing person alert for 21-year-old Randolph James, a Native American man who has been missing since Friday, August 9, 2024. Randolph was last seen around 5:30 to 6:00 PM at 1501 W. Aztec, Gallup.

Randolph is described as 5’07" tall, weighing 145 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair. He has a distinctive tattoo of Jesus on the cross on his right hand or palm. Unfortunately, there is no information available regarding the clothing he was wearing at the time of his disappearance.

The Gallup Police Department is urging anyone with information on Randolph’s whereabouts to contact Metro Dispatch at 505-722-2002 or the Gallup Police Department at 505-863-9365.

The community is deeply concerned, with numerous people sharing their thoughts and prayers on social media. One Facebook user wrote, "Praying for Randolph’s safe return. Our hearts are with his family during this difficult time." Another shared, "Randolph, wherever you are, please come home safe. We are all waiting for you."

As the search continues, the outpouring of support from the Gallup community reflects the urgency and concern surrounding Randolph’s disappearance.
