Gardaí Seek Public’s Help in Locating Mateusz Matty Margol, Missing from Nenagh, Co. Tipperary

Nenagh, Co. Tipperary – The Gardaí are urgently appealing for public assistance in the search for 35-year-old Mateusz "Matty" Margol, who has been missing since Monday, August 5th, 2024. Matty was last seen early that morning on Ormond Drive in Nenagh, Co. Tipperary, before 9 a.m.

Matty is described as being approximately 5 foot 10 inches tall, with a thin build and black hair. He is believed to have a beard at the time of his disappearance and was last seen wearing blue jeans with rips, a black jacket, a baseball cap, and runners. He was also carrying a wine-colored backpack and wearing glasses. The Gardaí have expressed concern for his wellbeing and are seeking any information that could help locate him.

Numerous individuals have taken to Facebook to express their concern and share Matty’s missing person appeal. Carol Mitchell commented, "Hope he is safe," while Mary Corcoran Ahern shared, "Hope Mateusz is found safe & well praying for his safe return." Michael Folan also shared the appeal, adding, "Shared in Kildare & hope he’s found safe & well ASAP."

Gardaí are encouraging anyone with information on Matty’s whereabouts to contact Nenagh Garda Station at 067 50450, the Garda Confidential Line at 1800 666 111, or any Garda Station. The community remains hopeful for Matty’s safe return.
