Nenagh, Co. Tipperary – Gardaí are urgently appealing for the public’s assistance in locating 35-year-old Mateusz Margol, also known as Matty, who has been missing since Monday, August 5, 2024. Margol was last seen on Ormond Drive in Nenagh early that morning before 9 a.m.
Mateusz Margol is described as approximately 5 foot 10 inches tall, with a thin build and black hair. He was reportedly wearing blue jeans with rips, a black jacket, a baseball cap, and runners at the time of his disappearance. He is also believed to have a beard, wears glasses, and was carrying a wine-colored backpack.
Gardaí have expressed concerns for Margol’s wellbeing and are urging anyone with information regarding his whereabouts to come forward. They ask that those with information contact Nenagh Garda Station at 067 50450, the Garda Confidential Line at 1800 666 111, or any Garda station.
The Nenagh community and those who knew Mateusz have been sharing posts on social media, amplifying the Gardaí’s appeal for information. Lynda Spollen, among others, highlighted the urgency of the situation, posting, "MISSING PERSON NENAGH, CO. TIPPERARY. Mateusz was last seen on Ormond Drive, Nenagh early on the morning of Monday 5th August, 2024 before 9am."
