Hamilton, Ontario – The community is grieving the loss of Jennifer Aguiar, who passed away on Monday night, August 5, 2024, after a brave battle with cancer. Jennifer leaves behind her husband, Matthew, and their 2-year-old son, Arthur, along with a heartbroken family and friends.
Jennifer’s fight with breast cancer began just over two years ago while she was pregnant with her son. Her resilience and strength inspired many as she battled through the illness and emerged victorious. However, an unexpected turn of events shocked everyone, leading to her untimely passing. Her loss has left a void in the hearts of those who knew and loved her.
The news of Jennifer’s passing was shared online, accompanied by heartfelt messages and prayers from her family and friends. One post poignantly reflected on the difficulty of understanding God’s plans, particularly in moments of such profound loss. Visitation will take place on Sunday, August 11, from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM and again from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Friscolanti Funeral Chapel, located at 43 Barton Street East, Hamilton, ON. The Funeral Mass is scheduled for Monday, August 12, at 10:00 AM at St. Mary’s Parish, 23 Sheaffe St, Hamilton, ON, with the burial following at Resurrection Catholic Cemetery in Ancaster.
