Hamlet, North Carolina – The Hamlet Police Department has issued a missing person alert for Michael McCune, who was last seen on August 13, 2024, at approximately 8 AM. McCune, a 59-year-old white male, was last spotted in the area of Freeman Mill Road near Greenfield Road. He was wearing black Nike pants, a green short-sleeved shirt, and a green hat at the time of his disappearance.
Michael McCune is described as standing 5 feet 6 inches tall, weighing 175 pounds, with hazel eyes. He is bald but has grey and black hair on the sides.
The Hamlet Police Department is urging anyone with information regarding McCune’s whereabouts to contact them via Facebook, by phone at (910) 582-2551, or anonymously through www.p3tips.com.
