Gus Frangos attended Cleveland Heights High School before pursuing further education in Real Estate, Litigation, Transactional, and Constitutional Law at CSU College of Law. His professional journey led him to become an influential figure at Cuyahoga Land Bank, where his leadership and expertise were instrumental in shaping the organization’s success.

The news of his passing was shared by Rowena Yeager on her official Facebook page, where she paid a heartfelt tribute to Gus. "We will truly miss your joyous voice as you now sing with the Angels in heaven. God has gained an incredible soul. Your humor was unmatchable and always brought a smile to the faces of everyone around you. Thank you for always sharing the best of yourself with us, Gus Frangos. Your love and faith are a testament to God’s grace. Many crowns upon your head as you touched so many lives in your short time on this earth," she wrote.
