According to Police Colonel Rainerio De Chavez, the Provincial Director of NOCPPO, Karen is believed to have voluntarily left home, and there is no evidence of foul play or kidnapping.
The investigation into her disappearance is ongoing, with the EB Magalona Police continuing to monitor the situation. Karen’s father reported her missing on August 12, prompting the investigation. However, police authorities have assured the public that there is no cause for alarm and that the situation is under control.
