Tekoa, Washington – Jadon Sims, a 19-year-old who was reported missing in Tekoa, Washington, has been located and is safe. The Whitman County Sheriff’s Office confirmed his safety earlier today, much to the relief of the community.
Jadon, who recently moved to Tekoa from a facility in Spokane Valley, was last seen on the evening of August 23 at a living facility in Tekoa. He was wearing a dark t-shirt and pants or sweats at the time of his last check-in, around 9:30 p.m.
The Sheriff’s Office had issued a call for help in locating Jadon, describing him as approximately 5 feet 7 inches tall and weighing 160 pounds. Community members had been urged to keep an eye out for him, particularly in the Tekoa area.
Several individuals took to Facebook to share their concerns and hopes for Jadon’s safe return.

Thanks to the efforts of the Whitman County Sheriff’s Office and concerned residents, Jadon was found safe, bringing the search to a successful conclusion.
