Lowell, Massachusetts – Authorities are urgently seeking the public’s assistance in locating 12-year-old Jaylianee Marcano and 15-year-old Luis Marcano Santos, who have been missing since August 22, 2024.
Jaylianee Marcano and Luis Marcano Santos were last seen in Lowell, Massachusetts. Their disappearance has prompted a search by the Lowell Police Department, and their case has been registered with the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC).
Jaylianee is described as a 12-year-old female, while Luis is a 15-year-old male. Both are believed to be in the company of each other.
