Joselyn Thomas Found Shot to Death in Monroeville Apartment; Alleged Shooter Albert Williams III in Custody

Monroeville, Pennsylvania – An 18-year-old woman, Joselyn Thomas, was found shot to death in a Monroeville apartment building on Wednesday. The Allegheny County Police reported that Thomas was first reported missing to the North Versailles Police just before 1:30 p.m.

Officers, who were actively searching for her, received notification just hours later that she had been found deceased inside the Cambridge Square Apartments. According to investigators, 18-year-old Albert Williams III has been identified as the person responsible for her death. Court records indicate that Williams faces charges of criminal homicide, firearms violations, and evidence tampering. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for later this month.
