Joseph Edward Brown of Clover, SC Passes Away Peacefully at Home at Age 69

Clover, South Carolina – Joseph Edward Brown, a longtime resident of Clover, SC, passed away peacefully at his home on August 26, 2024, at the age of 69. His passing marks the end of a life dedicated to family, hard work, and a love for craftsmanship.

Joseph Brown was born on January 17, 1955, in Oneida, Tennessee. Over the years, he became known for his hands-on approach to life, particularly through his work at Craco Metal Supply in York, SC, from which he eventually retired. Even in retirement, Joe could often be found in his shop, working on various small projects that showcased his skills and passion for craftsmanship.

He leaves behind a loving family, including his wife, Pamela Ann Kershner Brown, and his daughter, Liza Renee’ Brown. His memory is also cherished by his grandchildren, Derek Joseph Ridings and Willow Rayven Nabors, as well as his brother, Earl Lee Moody, and Earl’s wife, Robin. Joe’s niece, Amber Williams, along with her family, and nephew, Thomas Moody, also mourn his loss, as does his son-in-law, Stephen Nabors.

Joe was preceded in death by his mother, Alma Dunaway Moody, and his daughter, Kristen “Nikki” Nicole Nabors. In honoring his memory, the family has encouraged donations to any Hospice group, reflecting Joe’s legacy of kindness and care for others.

Joseph Edward Brown will be remembered not only for his dedication to his work and his family but also for the quiet and impactful presence he had in the lives of those around him.
