Fargo, North Dakota – The Fargo Police Department had issued an alert seeking the public’s assistance in locating Joy Anderson, a 71-year-old woman who was reported missing on Wednesday, August 7th. She was last seen at 11 a.m. in the south Fargo area. Joy, who stands at 5’5” and weighs 270 lbs., has blonde hair and blue eyes.
