She was last seen at 11 a.m. in the south Fargo area. Joy, who stands at 5’5” and weighs 270 lbs., has blonde hair and blue eyes.

The community was urged to help locate Joy by contacting the Red River Regional Dispatch Center with any information or by submitting anonymous tips through the designated channels.
