Terry, Mississippi – Kathleen Morris, aged 64, was tragically shot and killed by her husband, Tony Morris, early Monday morning at their home on Green Gable Road in Terry. Authorities were alerted to the incident around 7:15 a.m. and arrived to find Kathleen with at least one gunshot wound to her upper body.
Tony Morris, 67, was taken into custody shortly after the shooting. Hinds County Sheriff Tyree Jones confirmed the arrest but stated that the motive behind the shooting remains unclear as investigations continue.

Donna Albright, a longtime friend, shared, "Kathy had the sweetest smile and soft-spoken voice of anyone. She was just precious. Taken away too soon."
