Holladay, Utah – Khenner Harrison, a 27-year-old man with the mental capacity of an 8 or 9-year-old, who went missing from his Holladay home early Wednesday morning, has been located and is safe. Harrison was last seen around 3:30 a.m. near 6300 South and 2300 East, wearing a long-sleeved blue and white striped shirt, red gym shorts, and no shoes. The Unified Police Department (UPD) had issued an urgent appeal for information on his whereabouts, emphasizing his vulnerable state due to his mental capacity and physical condition, including a shaved head and scoliosis-induced hunch.
