After the passing of his wife, he often expressed his longing to be reunited with her, finding solace in the belief that they would one day be together again. His son, Joshua Lee, shared his heartfelt reflections on social media, stating, "He loved his wife with every ounce of his being, and when she passed away, he eagerly awaited the time he would be reunited with her. I’m taking a lot of comfort in knowing that he is happy to be back in her embrace and is in a much better place now."
In honor of Kwang Shin Lee’s memory, a GoFundMe fundraiser has been organized by his son to cover the costs of cremation, memorial, and burial services. As of today, $420 has been raised towards a goal of $6,500, with donations coming from family, friends, and community members.
