Townsend, Georgia – The Georgia Bureau of Investigation (GBI) is currently investigating the deaths of Kyle Bradford Bailey, 36, and Catherine Irene Daugherty, 44, who were found dead inside their home in Townsend, Georgia.
The tragic discovery was made on Monday after McIntosh County deputies conducted a welfare check at the residence. Concerned family members and employers had contacted authorities when they were unable to reach Bailey and Daugherty.
Upon entering the home, deputies found both individuals deceased. The bodies were immediately transported to the GBI Medical Examiner’s Office, where autopsies will be performed to determine the cause of death.
